I wanted to let you all know that registration for the April and May workshops is now open. The April workshop will be held on April 16,17 and 18. This workshop is called "Ego & Reality" and it's focus is to give the participants many different, sometimes challenging, views at our reality and how taking a different perspective can free up space in our daily lives and beyond. Discussion and challenge will lead to a deeper understanding of what meaning Reality has in our lives, and the group dynamic will provide a safe and fun atmosphere for these insights to be integrated. An introduction to meditation and bodywork will be part of the workshop, which will take place in the boardroom of the Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge and in nature. Dogs (reasonably well-behaved) are welcome but not necessary. I only put a minimum price on this workshop of $175.00 as a registration fee; if you feel the workshop was worth more and if you can afford to do so, please add to that after the workshop (I do this to ensure that price doesn’t become an obstacle).
I already have a good number of bookings for this workshop, so if you want to join do so fast. I may well have enough inquiries for another “Ego & Reality” workshop and I will organize that one once I have 15 people registered in total (10 is max. per workshop).
The second workshop will be held May 21, 22 and 23. This workshop is called “Going Beyond the Story” and is a deepening of the work done in the first workshop. Here we will work much more on integrating a deeper level of awareness in our daily lives, in all four quadrants of Reality (as according to the AQAL map). Body work (yoga, Jin Shin Do, meditation) will be a significant part of this workshop, as well as one-on-one work with the facilitator (that’s me :-)). This workshop is meant for those who have either taken the “Ego & Reality” workshop or who have been doing consciousness work in a different format. Again, I will only put a minimum price on this workshop. Because of the “other” ingredients in this workshop the minimum price is $275.00.
